James Gosling

James Gosling has been teaching computer graphics related courses at AIU London for over ten years. Classes are principally technical in nature, yet have a strong creative component. James believes that technical instruction is far better absorbed with an integrated creative challenge.

James is currently freelancing as Schein, offering graphic design solutions for both print and screen, drawing on the full wealth of his twenty plus years as a commercial artist.

Successively working in illustration, then in graphic design and motion graphics, James is now forging a third path in the multi-faceted discipline of web design, employing both Web Standards and Interactive Flash/Actionscript technologies.

James will be introducing training in Adobe Flash to AIU undergraduates this year.
