Verdi Yahooda has been teaching Fine Art Photography at AIU since 1993. Her teaching is informed by her work practice as an Artist. She holds a BA Fine Art Degree from Goldsmiths University, London and a MA in Photography from the Royal College of Art. Since graduating, she has exhibited her work regularly in galleries and museums nationally and internationally. As well as having her work featured in a number of photographic publications and catalogues, she has also published four Artists' books, which are held in major public collections such as the V&A Museum, London, and the New York Public Library. Her teaching experience is extensive as a Visiting Lecturer on BA and MA programmes all over the UK. Verdi has also been invited to participate in conferences and symposiums held in Universities in the UK and abroad.
